A holiday home full of character, this gite is approximately 100m2 with a patio and private swimming pool. It has been classed as a three bedroom gite and will sleep 6 people (or 9 if needed *).

This gite is situated on the first floor of the building. The entrance hallway features a magnificent wooden dresser and to the right of the hallway there is a day lounge with period floor tiling and a decorative wooden fireplace (built by a friend of ours). The day lounge features a television and DVD player, and leads out onto a flowered patio with an old stone sink and oak garden furniture. A BBQ is also available. At the end of the patio, you will find the enclosed swimming pool which is 18m2 in size.

To the left of the hallway, you have a WC and the kitchen equipped with marble worktop, microwave, dishwasher, and washer dryer. Following on from the kitchen you have a dining room with original features and a decorative marble fireplace. Amongst other beautiful furniture, it features a majestic sideboard and a large 18 th Century dining table.

On the second floor, you have a small hallway, bathroom, WC and two bedrooms, each with a good sized double bed and a single bed. Both feature original wooden flooring and a sloped roof with the original wooden beams still intact, and both have a vanity table and desk made from regional marble.
