		A gite full of character which is about 100m2 in size, this holiday home is spread over 2 sections, separated by a flowered patio of 35m2 with a fountain and a one hundred year old olive tree. It has been classed as a three bedroom gite and will sleep 5 people.
Garage with utility area (washing machine and drier) which has access via stone steps to the patio and the terraced area with its oak garden furniture. BBQ is available. This leads onto a dining kitchen with fireplace (wood available in the winter), large oak dresser, television, DVD and WC. Upstairs, you have a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with an old fashioned wrought iron frame. Bathroom with WC. This whole part of the house has air conditioning.
